To ensure correct display of the clamping force as a manufacturer, we recommend regular recalibration every 24 months.

General information

Ordering a calibration

What we definitely need for the calibration:

  • Complete spindle for TeleSense Connect / TitanSense
  • Complete PocketSense

Your calibration procedure:

  1. Fill out the calibration order form
  2. Disassemble the spindle from the vice
  3. Pack it securely and send it to us with the calibration order form

Calibration time

Calibration is carried out within 3-5 working days of receipt of the goods.

Of course, you can also order an express calibration (within Germany).

Express calibration

Customers based in Germany can also use the “Express calibration” option.

We guarantee calibration and return delivery within 24 hours for a surcharge of €49. In order to meet this deadline, the device must be delivered to ALMATIC by 10 a.m. at the latest. Please notify us of express orders by telephone so that they can be processed smoothly.

Price

Calibration of the PocketSense load cell or the TeleSense Connect / TitanSense vices costs a flat rate of 149.00€.

Calibration of special jaws

Of course, we also calibrate customized jaws. To do this, please send us the entire vice. This is associated with additional costs of €45. Please contact us in advance.

Information for customers from abroad

EU:

Please enter your VAT ID number on the order form. Otherwise we will have to show the VAT on the invoice.

Non-EU countries:

We will have to charge you an additional 29.50€ for customs handling.
